Goods not required policy
To receive a full Credit:
Goods must be reported for return with 3 days of delivery, they must be in a resalable condition.
Any items ordered as a Special will not be able to be credited.
Environmental Policy
External Policy:
The Complete Office will wherever possible actively promote and support manufacturers who are environmentally friendly. We will where ever possible support the use of environmentally friendly products and policies within our own company procedures.
The company can obtain advice and information on environmental issues through our Trade Association and The Department of Trade and Industry.
Internal Policy:
The company will never knowingly support a product or it's manufacture which is detrimental to the environment.
